Description

Earlier 19th century tenement with bowed corner at west. 4 storeys, 8 bays (arranged 3-5) to St Leonards Street. 32 bays to Parkside Street arranged 2-1-2-6-5-5-5-6. Stugged ashlar with base course and band course over ground floor, eaves cornice and blocking course. Doors irregularly placed to each tenement block. Windows some with lying panes, some blind but mainly plate glass sashes, slate roofs, ridge stacks. 3 window bowed corner at west.
