31, 33, and 35 Montague Street in Edinburgh is a classical tenement building dating from around 1820. It has four storeys and a basement, featuring a rusticated ground floor. The building includes a five-storey splay corner that faces St Leonard Street. The ground floor of numbers 75 to 79 St Leonard's Street is currently in use as shops.
