Description

Circa 1835. L-plan 2-storey farmhouse sited to NE of Stables. Squared and snecked stugged sandstone with stugged ashlar dressings. Timber sash and case windows with 12-pane glazing pattern. Grey slates to platform roof, ashlar coped skews, shouldered, corniced ashlar stacks.

NE ELEVATION: 6-panelled door to centre with 4-pane letterbox fanlight, consoled cornice to door. Window to right at ground, 2 small windows above at 1st floor, close under eaves, with lying-pane glazing. Advanced wing to left with window to each floor.

REAR ELEVATION: single storey service additions forming courtyard at rear.

INTERIOR: not seen (1995).
