Description
21 and 22 Wilson's Park is possibly an early 19th-century classical house that has undergone later alterations. It is a two-storey, four-bay structure, divided at the floor levels. The building features finely droved, polished dressings, a harled side elevation, and rubble at the rear. There is a base course, a band course, and a cill course to the first floor.
On the northwest (principal) elevation, there is a modern glazed door in bay 3, with a blinded fanlight above and a consoled and corniced doorpiece, along with a window at the first floor above. Bay 1 has a panelled door with a six-pane rectangular fanlight above it, and a window at the first floor above.
The southeast (rear) elevation includes a rendered single-storey extension on the outer right. The windows are plate glass timber sash and case. The roof is covered with grey slate, featuring harled and coped end stacks, and a droved ashlar mutual stack with coping at bay 1.
The interiors were not seen in 1994. The boundary walls are made of brick with harling on the side of the property.
