73, 75, and 77 Buccleuch Street is a later 18th-century tenement block that stands four stories tall with an attic. The building features a five-window frontage and is constructed from rubble with flush margins. It has plain iron balconies on the second floor and a slated roof that includes a single dormer. At the back of the building, there is a bow stair.
