122-126 Lauriston Place, Edinburgh

122-126 Lauriston Place is a classical tenement building from the later 19th century. It is a plain, four-storey structure with a basement and features nine bays. The facade is made of polished ashlar, while the sides are constructed from coursed rubble. The building has projecting cills and an eaves cornice, with a regular arrangement of windows. There are three timber panelled doors that have plate glass fanlights above them. This tenement is very similar in style to the nearby Nos 112-116.

The windows predominantly feature four-pane glazing in timber sash and case designs. The building has stone skews and corniced chimneys located at the ridge, with one chimney at the wallhead that is splayed and has circular cans.
