Description

112-116 Lauriston Place is a plain classical tenement building from the later 19th century. It has four storeys and a basement, featuring eight bays and constructed of polished ashlar. The building includes projecting cills and an eaves cornice. The façade is regularly fenestrated, with three timber panelled doors that have plate glass fanlights in roll-moulded surrounds.

The windows are predominantly timber sash and case with four-pane glazing. Stone skews are present, along with corniced chimneys at the ridge, one of which is splayed at the wallhead and has circular cans.
