158A Lower Granton Road, Edinburgh

158A Lower Granton Road in Edinburgh is a single-storey rectangular outbuilding dating from around 1840, which has been altered and is currently used as small office premises as of 1997. The principal (north) elevation features a pedimented gable end with a moulded ashlar cornice above a later 20th-century timber shopfront. To the right, there is a two-leaf timber door next to a four-pane window, with a timber cornice above. A gatepier, which is listed as part of Nos 152-55 Lower Granton Road, is located to the left.

The west elevation has an entrance that was formerly segmental-headed on the right side, with a former window that is now blocked on the left. The east elevation is blank. The building is topped with a grey slate roof. The interior was not inspected in 1997.
