Description

Brincliffe is a two-storey villa designed in a Free Style by Frank Burnet, Boston and Carruthers, and dated 1907. The building features asymmetrical design elements and is constructed from squared, snecked, and stugged red sandstone, with ashlar dressings at the ground level. The upper storey is predominantly harled and painted white. Notable architectural features include ashlar mullioned windows and swept eaves.
