Description
North Knapdale Parish Church, built in 1820, is a Plain Georgian structure with an oblong plan that includes a hall, vestibule, and session room. The church is constructed of rubble and has a thin render, topped with a piended slate roof. On the south side, there is a slightly projecting central pavilion that features a belfry and an original round-headed doorway, which has been converted into a window. The main entrance is located at the east end of the building. The church has two tiers of windows, with some of the upper ones being round-headed. The interior was recast in 1855, and alterations were made in 1935.
