Description
Taynish House is an 18th-century building that likely includes some work from the 17th century. It features a Georgian L-plan design and stands two storeys tall. The exterior is harled, with slate and shingle roofs. The main block at the front has two large semi-circular bays, and there is one at the rear. A tower is located in the re-entrant angle of the building. The windows are fitted with panelled internal shutters. Additionally, there is a stone channel beneath the house, resembling a mill lade.
