Description
Taynish House is an early 19th-century farmhouse that features one storey and an attic. The building is harled and has a gabled slate roof with piended dormers.
Surrounding the farmhouse is a steading that forms three sides of a yard at the rear. The steading consists of one storey on two sides, while the northern side includes a barn that has two storeys and a loft. The steading is constructed of rubble and has slate roofs. The barn features a piended roof, louvred windows, and a slightly projecting central pavilion with a high segmental archway and a round opening at the apex.
