Description

  1. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay symmetrical rectangular-plan villa with deep curved stair tower to rear. Cream and red sandstone rubble with polished ashlar dressings. Base and eaves lintel courses, quoin strips.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: corniced and architraved doorpiece to centre with fanlit panelled door, windows flanking. 3 symmetrically disposed windows to 1st floor.

E (SIDE/STREET) ELEVATION: window at ground and 1st floor to centre.

N (REAR) ELEVATION: curved stair tower projecting off-centre left with door to NE, windows to outer right and left. Lower single storey wing with flat-roofed projection to N.

Variety of windows, 4-pane and 12-pane sash and case and modern replacement windows. Modern tiled roof with 2 gabled dormers to S elevation, rendered stacks to gables.

INTERIOR: flatted not seen.
