Description
The Ice House at Crinan Ferry dates from 1833 and has an oblong shape. It is constructed of rubble and features a barrel-vaulted roof. The front has a panel with leaf decoration and is inscribed with the year '1833'. There is a window at the rear of the building. Inside, the Ice House contains two chambers that are partly dug out of rock.
