Description

The Dovecot at Denbrae Farm dates back to 1706, as indicated by the date on the lintel. It is a rectangular structure with two chambers, built from rubble and featuring crowstepped flanks. The gables have a rat course that steps up, and the roof is slated. There is a long row of flight holes located midway along the roof, although the lower entrances have collapsed. The building has been deteriorating since 1969.
