10, 11, 12 Argyll Square in Oban is a mid-19th century, three-storey terraced tenement located on a corner site. The building features a four-bay facade facing Argyll Square, with a chamfered southeast corner that includes a single bay, and a two-bay elevation along Airds Crescent. The facade is constructed from sandstone ashlar on Argyll Square and the corner bay, while the Airds Crescent and rear elevations are made of random rubble.

There is a base course and a cornice above the shopfront, along with a string course at the cill level of the second floor. The shopfront is painted stone with large windows on each elevation, and the entrance is located to the left of the third bay on the Argyll Square elevation. The corner bay is framed with raised margins. The windows on the Argyll Square and corner bay have architraves with aprons at the first floor. The fenestration is generally regular, except for a single square window at the first floor of the first bay on the Airds Crescent elevation. The first-floor street elevation and upper floors at the rear feature four-pane timber sash and case windows. The roof is covered with grey slate and is piended at the corner bay.
