Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 4-bay rectangular plan house. Lined render, part-harl to rear, raised margins.

W(PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical, central pilastered and corniced doorpiece, modern panelled door, window flanking at ground floor. 4-bay 1st floor regularly fenestrated, small piended dormers breaking pitch centred above outer bays. Large central nepus gable with single window to centre.

N ELEVATION: gable end adjoining neighbouring property.

S ELEVATION: blank gable end.

E ELEVATION: central square stairtower breaking eaves, piended roof. 2 windows to right at 1st floor. 1 window to left at 1st floor.

Modern casement windows. Grey slate pitched roof, coped skews, skewputts. Rendered gablehead stacks.

BOUNDARY WALLS: coped rubblestone boundary wall to S, brick boundary wall to E.
