Late 18th century. Single storey, rectangular-plan cottage. Rubble sandstone, graduated stone slate roof, brick end stacks.

E ELEVATION: paired doors at centre, dilapidated 12-pane sash and case window at left and right, further door at far right.

S GABLE: off-centre blank circular window at attic.
