Description

4 Park Road in Brechin is a building dating from around 1870, designed in an 'L' plan. It is a single-storey structure with an attic, constructed from snecked rubble with raised margins. The main front is symmetrical, featuring two windows and a central door topped with a pediment above the eaves. There are two canted dormers and a central piended dormer. The roof is slated, with straight skews and gablet skewputts. At the back, there is a single-storey rear wing.
