Description

Noranside walled garden is a large square-plan garden located to the northeast of Noranside House, likely built in the early 19th century as part of estate improvements. The garden features tall rubble and coped red sandstone walls with tooled stone dressings. The main entrance is situated at the center of the east wall, which includes later brick rybats and early 21st century cast iron gates. The listing excludes the gardener's cottage, store buildings, and greenhouses to the east.
