Description
11 Alma Place is an early 19th century, two-storey, five-bay domestic building. It is constructed of snecked squared red rubble sandstone with ashlar dressings, which have been cleaned or re-dressed with modern recessed pointing. The building features a slate roof that is piended to one end and has a red brick ridge stack.
On the left side, there are three bays with a modern door flanked by modern windows that do not match the original character. The first floor has two 12-pane timber sash and case windows. To the right, which was formerly a stable, there is a door and a window on the ground floor, along with a large modern window on the first floor that is also out of character.
