Description

Mill of Echt is an early 19th century building that stands two and a half storeys tall with a pein roof. It features a rectangular shape made of coursed rubble and has five windows across its front. There is a kiln wing that extends at right angles, which includes a tall vent. Inside, there is a disused all-iron internal wheel measuring 12 feet by 3 feet 6 inches, complete with a large gearbox. The mill stones have been recently removed.
