Description

Probably late 19th century. Tall single storey, rectangular-plan, vertically-boarded timber former goods shed now used as motor workshop, and adjoining low single storey, rectangular-plan brick range.

SW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: lower gabled bay projecting at left, with partly-boarded window at outer left and vertically-boarded timber door on return to right; taller set-back gable with broad garage-type door at outer right.

NW ELEVATION: timber goods shed comprising 5 vertically-divided bays comprising centre bay with broad 2-leaf vertically-boarded garage-type door with pedestrian opening, and small fascia to right. Lower range slightly projecting at outer right, with window to left and large tripartite window to right.

NE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: gabled elevation with large garage-type door to left.

Multi-pane glazing patterns in fixed timber windows. Grey slates. Small coped brick stack. Overhanging eaves with plain bargeboarding and exposed rafters.
