Description

Early-mid 19th century. Terrace of 2 cottages (probably

formerly 3 dwellings) on sloping site, with full 2-storey

elevation revealed at NE (seaward). Harled frontage with

contrasting painted margins, rendered and lined as ashlar

elsewhere. Seaview (left) with 4-bay frontage, 1 doorway

flanked by windows and second entrance in projecting gabled

porch. Denview (right) with 2-storey main frontage, centre

door and flanking windows. Mainly 4-pane glazing. Coped end

and ridge stacks; slate roof.
