Description

3 Pennan is an early 19th-century, two-storey house with a dormerless attic and three bays, located facing the harbour. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with contrasting painted margins. The central door is sheltered by a modern lean-to glazed porch that includes a side entrance. The windows feature two- and four-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof, which includes modern roof lights. There is also a substantial lean-to addition set back at the west gable.
