Description

Dated 1837, style of William Robertson, Elgin. Small square

single storey building with narrow 3-bay classical street

front. Ashlar frontage, rubble rear. Centre entrance in

shallow recess with semi-circular dated tympanum above;

flanking recessed in windows. Band course delineates dummy

attic storey with centre dated semi-circular tympanum flanked

by shallow rectangular dummy attic windows; corniced pediment

with end and apex wallhead blocked bases (for former ball

finials or urns).

Rubble flanks with blocked windows; brick end stack; slate

roof.
