Description

Northburn, located on Port Road in Inverurie, was built around 1880. It is a single-storey building featuring two windows and a central fanlight above a tripartite doorpiece. The exterior is harled with margins and has an eaves belt course. The original glazing is intact, and there are two piended dormers, which have been later or reglazed. The property is also marked by circular granite gatepiers.
