Description
The Clydesdale Bank, located at 1 High Street in Inverurie, was built around 1840 to 1850. This two-storey building with an attic features a five-window façade made of fine granite ashlar. It has quoin ends and a porch supported by Roman Doric columns. Notable architectural elements include a belt course, a cornice, and a blocking course. The roof is adorned with three pedimented dormers. Additionally, there is a single-storey annex on the south side, which includes a doorpiece supported by consoles.
