Description

Minnonie is a house dated 1819, featuring two storeys and a dormerless attic with a three-bay design. The exterior is harled with tooled ashlar margins and has a central entrance, creating a symmetrical appearance. The rear of the house has been altered by a modern enlargement of the ground floor rear window. The windows are timber framed with modern two-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof that includes loft roof lights. A single-storey wing projects from the west gable to the rear of the house and has been significantly altered for use as a garage.
