Description

South Lodge and Gates at Kirktonhill House date from the early 19th century, with a late 19th century addition. The gatepiers feature Gothic panels and there are round arched side gates set in recesses. The single-storey lodges have arched windows also in recesses, creating a symmetrical composition with an ashlar front.
