Description

Before 1823. 2-storey, 3-bay, T-plan house with further lower bay altered to garage, adjoining The Mill Inn. Whitewashed rubble with droved margins and projecting cills. Eaves lintel course returning at S gable.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: modern timber door off-centre right with windows to outer bays and regular fenestration to 1st floor. Slightly set-back lower bay with garage door at outer right.

S ELEVATION: blank gabled elevation adjoining Mill Inn at outer left.

W (REAR) ELEVATION: low gabled projection at centre.

16-pane glazing pattern in replacement timber sash and case windows with trickle vents. Small grey slates. Coped ashlar and render stacks with thackstanes and polygonal cans; ashlar-coped skews.

BOUNDARY WALLS AND RAILINGS: low coped boundary walls with inset hoopwork railings and gate.
