Description
Lower Kennerty Mill in Peterculter was rebuilt in 1940 by Wm. L. Gavin from its ruins. The new construction features coursed pinned granite. The mill measures 16 feet by 6 feet 6 inches and includes a start and awe wheel with a three-ring iron frame. It served as an oatmeal mill and has a vent topped with a cow vane.
