Description
The dovecot and gate piers, gazebo, and walled garden at Culter House date from around 1730 and feature a large formal layout. The gate piers, which are rusticated and topped with balls, are located to the northeast and southwest of the northern forecourt, with two additional pairs corresponding to the south. The garden is enclosed by large rubble walls and is symmetrically arranged, featuring both a dovecot and a gazebo. Both the dovecot and gazebo are built from rubble in a square plan and topped with pyramid roofs.
