Description

The smoke house on Old Ford Road dates from the early to mid 20th century. It is a small, rectangular building constructed of brown brick, featuring a red clay pantile roof. The roof has a slate eaves easing course that leads to a full-width raised ridge ventilator, which includes louvred openings, gabletted ends, a slate roof, and three cowl ventilators at the apex.

On the northeast elevation, there is a door at ground level, while the area above is blank. The interior was not seen in 2005.
