Description

Boundary Marker 'Alpha' is a small rectangular granite March Stone dating from around 1790. It is located against the side of a concrete bridge at the mouth of Ferryhill Burn. The stone features a tooled chamfered angle that reads "A ABD CR," which stands for City Royalty.
