Description
The steading and stables at Caskieben were built around 1830 in the style of Simpson. The structure has an original U-shaped plan and is made of squared rubble, with some parts pinned. It features low-pitched roofs with broad eaves and a symmetrical design on the gable ends, which include consoled windows and a dwarf wall between them.
