Description

The stable and coach house at Haddo House, likely designed by Archibald Simpson in 1822, is a quadrangular building with a two-storey U-plan. The southwest frontage features eight windows and a flat central arch, with advanced ends that have two tall coach house openings, each with linteled tops. The structure is built from pinned split boulder rubble with granite dressings and margins, topped with a broad-eaved piend roof.
