Description

No 3 North Square in Footdee is a single-storey, three-bay terraced cottage built by John Smith between 1808 and 1809. The cottage is constructed from squared and snecked granite rubble. It features a central boarded timber door with non-traditional timber top-opening windows positioned close to the eaves. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are brick stacks that abut the gable ends of the adjacent buildings. The property also has cast-iron rainwater goods and a single window at the rear.
