John Smith, 1808-9. Single storey, symmetrical 3-bay terraced cottage. Squared and snecked granite rubble. Central boarded timber door with flanking non-traditional timber top-opening windows set close to eaves level; grey slates; brick stacks abutting gable ends of flanking buildings. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Single window to rear.
