Description

William Smith, 1870 with later additions (see Notes). Three-storey and attic, 2-bay terraced house. Coursed granite rubble with some snecking; granite dressings. Doorway to left bay bay with 4-pane timber sash and case windows on each floor to right; single canted dormer above. Small attic window to left gable.

Grey slate; gable stack to right; clay cans.
