Description
No 28 North Square in Footdee is a three-storey terraced house with an attic, built in 1870 by William Smith, featuring later additions. The house is constructed from coursed granite rubble with some snecking and has granite dressings. The doorway is located in the left bay, while the right bay has 4-pane timber sash and case windows on each floor. Above, there is a single canted dormer, and a small attic window is present on the left gable. The roof is covered with grey slate, and there is a gable stack on the right with clay cans.
