Description

Earlier 20th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay bungalow. Tooled granite ashlar. Rough-faced base course; chamfered cills; eaves course.

SW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical; deeply chamfered keystoned round-arched doorway to centre bay, panelled segmental-arched timber door with glazed upper light flanked by panelled and glazed side lights; 3-light canted bay windows flanking to left and right, surmounted by parapets with round-arched central facet. Pair of canted slate-hung dormers to attic floor with terracotta finials to apexes of piended roofs.

SE AND NE ELEVATIONS: not seen 2001.

NW ELEVATION: irregular fenestration to ground floor. Substantial box dormer to attic floor.

2-pane timber sash and case windows to ground floor; small-pane casement windows to attic floor. Piended purple-grey slate roof with lead and tiled ridges. Coped wallhead stacks with circular cans. Predominantly PVCu rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen 2001.

GATEPIERS AND BOUNDARY WALLS: battered square-plan rough-faced granite piers to SW with low wall between; high rubble walls to remainder.
