This is a terrace of seven two-storey houses located on River Street, Newry, County Down. The construction date is estimated to be between 1860 and 1879, appearing in valuation records as "8 new houses in progress" during the 1870 revision. The terrace was presumably completed in or around 1871.

The houses have slated roofs, rendered walls, a corbelled eaves course, and a continuous cill at the first-floor level. Each house originally featured a door with a transom light, surrounded by an architrave with consoles supporting an entablature, topped with a rendered eagle. However, the houses have undergone significant alterations, including replacement windows and doors, meaning that none now retain their original features.
