Description

Site now within curtilage of court house. Described on First Survey card of 1969: 'c.1850. A 2 storey building with slated hipped roof and rendered walls. Both architectural style and detailing are poor.' Note from HB file dated 1977 describes the building as; 'Two storey, three bay stucco house with hipped slated roof above bracketed eaves. The entrance is Tudor-arched, windows are square-headed with Georgian-glazing at first floor. Cornice hoods on console brackets surmount all opes. Erected about 1850.'
