This building was surveyed as part of the First Survey but was not formally listed at that time. The original house, located off Carrive Road in Carrive Tl, Newry, County Armagh, has since been demolished. A replacement dwelling, constructed in a matching style to the original, now occupies the site. The original property was severely damaged by bombings. It functioned as a house. The replacement building is not listed, and the original building does not possess significant architectural or historical interest.
