Single storey, two bay vernacular house aligned N-S with left gable to the road. Pitched artificial slate roof with three red brick chimneys – one to each gable and one to party wall between the bays. Half round metal rainwater goods. Principal elevation faces W. Walls are lime-rendered random rubble. Left bay has a windbreak porch to left and window to right. Porch has a concrete flat roof with recessed t+g sheeted entrance door; left and right cheeks are blank. Window is 2/2 sliding sash with granite cill. Right bay has a similar but slightly larger window. Left gable is abutted by a lower outbuilding; the exposed section is blank. Outbuilding is detailed as house but with natural slate roof and door opening at right on W face. Its left gable is blank. Rear elevation has a window to right bay and a window opening to outbuilding. Right gable is abutted by a lower and narrower outbuilding, now ruinous and of no interest. Setting: House is sited on the S side of a lane off Edenappa Road with a number of smaller outbuildings (of no interest) to front. It is enclosed at the lane by a short lime washed wall with concrete coping and similarly detailed square-in-section gate pier – now supporting a modern metal gate
