One and a half storey / two bay vernacular house up a lane on the E side of Edenmore Road. Pitched natural slate roof with slightly advanced eaves course and no rain water goods. Walls are rendered random rubble stone. Front elevation faces W. Main entrance is contained within a shallow windbreak on right side of left bay. It has a lean-to natural slate roof and its walls are as main block. T+g sheeted door. To left of porch is a 6/3 exposed box sliding sash window with roughly dressed stone cill. The right bay has a similar central window (boarded up) that is set slightly lower. North gable is partially abutted by the remains of a derelict outbuilding and is blank. Rear elevation is blank. South gable has a small window to upper floor.
