Mounthill House is a two and a half storey, three-bay dwelling located at 16 Leeter Road, Newry. It was surveyed during the First Survey but not listed, and a partial record was taken during the Second Survey because it was deemed not worthy of a full survey. Access is restricted, as the property is surrounded by a working farm. The First Survey Card notes the presence of modern chimneys, manmade slates, modern eaves detailing, and modern gable detailing. The windows are top-hung. The building has undergone significant alterations, resulting in a substantial loss of original fabric due to the replacement of windows, doors, and the roof.
