Description

Urcher Lodge is a single-storey, rendered farm complex with a hipped slate roof and dormers. It was initially surveyed during the First Survey and subsequently during the Second Survey, though only a partial record was taken as it was deemed unsuitable for a full survey. The building is currently derelict and partially collapsed. It was formerly used as a house and remains recorded as a house. It is not a listed building and has neither architectural nor historical interest.
