36 Main St, Coagh, Cookstown, Co Tyrone, BT80 0EN

This was a single-storey, two-bay hearth/lobby thatched house, likely dating from between 1840 and 1859. It was located on Main Street, Coagh, Cookstown, Co Tyrone. The house was recorded in a first survey, showing a simple vernacular design; it had a chimney on each gable and on the cross wall. The windows were 1/1 sliding sash windows, with two on the left-hand bay, a door, and two on the right-hand bay. The rear elevation had two windows on the left-hand bay, a modern top-hung window, and a lean-to porch. The annex to the west end was not present on the Ordnance Survey map of 1833, but did appear on the 1853 Ordnance Survey second edition map and subsequent maps. The house was recorded as derelict. It was originally surveyed but not deemed worthy of a full second survey. The building has been completely demolished and replaced by a new dwelling, and was delisted on 27 March 2009.
