Description

This is a detached, four-bay, two-storey house rendered in plaster, built around 1930. It features a full-height stair tower. Due to extensive refurbishments and replacement elements, a full survey was not undertaken and the structure is not considered worthy of a full listing. It was originally and remains in use as a house.
