Pump, Church St, Rosslea, Co Fermanagh, BT92 7DD

This is a cast-iron water fountain, likely installed between 1940 and 1959, demonstrating the development of Rosslea's water supply and contributing to the streetscape. The fountain is situated on the footpath on the south side of Church Street, at the corner with Inver Close. It is constructed entirely of cast iron, featuring a fluted column topped with a cap and acorn finial. A plain spout is present, with a tap on the left side when viewed from the road, along with a bracket for a bucket at the base. Inscribed around the top rim of the column is "C JS 84," likely indicating the founder's pattern. It is probably complete, although the cap is now secured to the column, and is no longer functional. The fountain was not shown on the 1907 Ordnance Survey map, and is considered to be of industrial archaeological interest. It is identical in design to a similar fountain located on Main Street (HB12/01/094).
